Canada:

Our Canadian trackable shipping costs start at $15 with Canada Post. Free shipping is offered for residents of Canada when ordering over $125.

A select few products offer untracked mail with Canada Post for Canada and can take 2-3 weeks to be delivered and we cannot take responsibility for packages that don't arrive due to untracked mail.

You may also choose the 'Local Pick-Up' option during the checkout process. Please note that we are located in South Surrey BC and we do not have a storefront. You will receive an email when your order is ready and a time will be organized for collection.

USA and International:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Tracking is not available unless shipping is upgraded and purchased. Email hello@lilylousaromas.com for assistance to upgrade shipping.
